A huge congratulations to all involved with Kilmeen Drama Group on their incredible success at the RTÉ All Ireland Drama Finals 2026.
We are especially proud of our wonderful teacher Laura Connolly, who was part of the award-winning production Ballyturk. An incredible achievement — and surely a rare honour to hold both the One Act and Three Act All-Ireland titles at the same time!
The group enjoyed an incredible night of success and recognition, receiving multiple awards and accolades for their outstanding production.
We are very fortunate in SNB to have such a strong connection with Kilmeen Drama Group, with many of our staff having treaded the stage with the group over the past number of years, including Elaine Connolly, Eilish McSweeney, Noreen Collins and Laura Connolly. We are also lucky to have Nora Scannell supporting elocution work within the school.
This is a wonderful celebration of creativity, talent, teamwork and community spirit, and we are incredibly proud of everyone involved.
