Junior Infants Enjoy a Wonderful Day at Top of the Rock
Our Junior Infants recently had a fantastic school tour to Top of the Rock in Drimoleague, where they enjoyed a day full of discovery, fun and outdoor learning.
The children loved meeting the animals, exploring the farm and taking part in a range of engaging activities. There was great excitement as they fed the animals, played outdoors and learned about life on the farm. The peaceful setting and welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect place for our youngest pupils to learn through hands-on experiences.
A highlight of the day was spending time together in the fresh air, building friendships and creating happy memories. The smiles on the children's faces said it all! We would like to thank the team at Top of the Rock for making us feel so welcome and for providing such an enjoyable and educational experience for our Junior Infants.
A big thank you to Mary Horgan for organising the tour, and to Samantha Aerts, Eilish McSweeney, Karen O'Regan and Niamh O'Donovan for accompanying the class and helping to make it such a lovely day.
It was a truly memorable day that will be talked about for many weeks to come. 🌿🐑🚜😊
