Pupils at Scoil na mBuachaillí recently took part in a Global Citizenship Awareness session with Aran Towers, a facilitator from Irish Aid.
The workshop helped pupils explore what it means to be a global citizen – learning about fairness, equality, sustainability, and the importance of taking care of our planet and one another. Aran guided engaging discussions that encouraged the children to think about their role in the world and how small actions can lead to big change.
This workshop supports the school’s work in promoting empathy, respect, and global responsibility as part of both our Green Schools and Ethical Education efforts.
