Our 3rd class boys enjoyed a wonderful trip to Clonakilty Museum, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the rich history and heritage of West Cork.
The boys explored a variety of fascinating exhibits, discovering stories from the past and gaining an insight into local history, including the people, events and traditions that have shaped our community. The visit brought history to life and sparked plenty of curiosity and discussion among the boys. The museum features exhibits on the political, social and cultural history of the region, making it a fantastic local educational resource.
We are very fortunate to have such a valuable historical resource on our doorstep and the boys thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
