Amber Flag Fundraiser
We recently held a special “Wear Your Own Way for Wellbeing” No Uniform Day in support of Pieta, as part of our ongoing Amber Flag journey promoting positive mental health and wellbeing within our school community.
On the day, pupils were invited to come to school in their own clothes, celebrating individuality and self-expression. The event carried an important message: just as we all wear different clothes, we all experience different feelings — and every feeling matters. It was a wonderful opportunity to encourage kindness, inclusion, and open conversations about emotions among our pupils.
Families were invited to make a voluntary donation, either in person or through an Aladdin payment link shared in advance. We are delighted to share that, thanks to the generosity of our school community, a total of €795 was raised.
All funds have been donated to Pieta to support their vital work with individuals and families affected by suicide and self-harm.
We are incredibly proud of our students and grateful to our families for supporting this meaningful initiative. Together, we continue to build a school environment where wellbeing, empathy, and understanding are at the heart of everything we do.
