This week in 5th Class, literacy lessons got a delicious twist! As part of procedural writing, our pupils followed step-by-step instructions to create their very own healthy pitta pizzas.
From spreading the sauce to adding colourful vegetables and a sprinkle of cheese, the students practised writing clear instructions while enjoying a hands-on, tasty learning experience. It was a fantastic way to see how literacy and practical skills can work together — and it certainly made learning delicious!
Of course, they didn’t forget to deliver a slice to the principal’s office, spreading the pizza love around the school!
